How to Avoid Them"
Program Description: This
presentation will cover real world electronics assembly issues that
affect customers designs and reveal tried and tested ways to avoid the
costly issues that can occur before they become problems. Topics
will include design for manufacturability, how to safely procure
boards from suppliers, what *NOT* to do, RoHS assembly issues, and
much more... - You won't
want to miss this meeting!

Mary
Stock Jungman is the founder and CEO of Pan Dimensional Services,
Inc. Mary started Pan Dim 6 years ago and has a total of 16 years
experience working in various San Diego contract manufacturing
companies. Pan Dimensional Services provides design, purchasing, and
program management services for San Diego OEM’s,
Frank Jungman is the Vice President of Engineering at Pan
Dimensional Services, Inc., a San Diego Electronic Manufacturing
Service (EMS) provider. Frank has been in electronics for 21 years and
an RF Engineer for the past 15 years. He has seen a myriad types of
products through the manufacturing process as a consultant to EMS
providers and OEMs in the San Diego are prior to his position at Pan
Dimensional. As a consultant, Frank provided circuit design, board
layout, manufacturability reviews and BOM assistance to many different
San Diego customers.
At Pan Dimensional Services, Frank reviews customer designs to ensure
they flow through the manufacturing process without issue. He and his
staff provide design for manufacturability reviews, design for test
reviews, BOM cost reductions, schematic reviews, layout assistance,
test fixture design and assembly and test planning. They also provide
complete idea to production and test solutions for companies that do
not have resources available to realize their product ideas.
