BGA - Ball Grid Array -

 

base -The electrode of a transistor which controls the movements of electrons by means of an electric field. It is the silicon equivalent of the control grid in an electron tube.

 

board house - common designer 'slang' for the printed circuit bare board manufacturer..

 

BOM [pronounced like "bomb" (in English the last 'b' is silent)] — Bill of Materials. Commonly reference to a parts list for the printed circuit board. Contains all the components, hardware, and additional processes needed to assembly a Printed Circuit Board Assembly.
